Hello, welcome to St Ignatius College School's Help Advice Reporting Page System. (SHARP).
We all work together at St Ignatius College to help with any problems you may have in or out of school.
SHARP is an easy way to report any concerns you have either at school, home or in your local community. Examples of concerns you can report are:
· If you are being bulled yourself
· If you are concerned about someone else being bullied
· If you are feeling unhappy at school
· If you are feeling stressed at exam time
· You are concerned about crime in your community
· You are concerned about someone else’s safety
· You are unhappy at home
· You know someone else is very unhappy at home
If you want to report any concerns please click on the Make a Report button below.
You will have the option of making sending a report from a computer or multimedia, which means a phone with email. You will also be given a choice about including your name and details or sending an anonymous report. It is easier to follow up your concerns if you give us your name. We will deal with your concern in a way which will protect your identity if this is necessary to keep you safe.
You can also make a report by texting the following number: 07885175639
What happens when you make a report using the Report button?
Mrs Goodwin and Mrs Di Pierro, will either help you with your concerns or pass on your concerns to the relevant person. If it is a school issue they will inform your head of year, and in some very serious situations, Mr Kelly, the Executive Headteacher. If your concern is about a crime that has taken place outside the school we will contact our neighbourhood police officer
How quickly will someone contact you?
Your report will be followed up within 24-48 hours and sooner if it is urgent. However, please remember that this helpline is only in operation on school days.
This is not an emergency service and if you need immediate help outside of school hours please contact Childline:http://www.childline.org.uk/ or telephone 0800 1111
In addition please take the time to look through the pages and if you feel that you can help to keep our school a safe, friendly and fun place to be you can get in touch using the link.
This is a CONFIDENTIAL way to stop YOU or a FRIEND or SOMEONE you have seen SUFFERING.
